White's:Family Portraits

Here is a little sneak peek of a super fun shoot I had this past weekend. There is so much I want to say about this stellar family! They are fun, polite, sweet, and up for anything! You may recognize Taylor from the previous post. This time her sisters joined her. We had such a fun time playing in the water and snapping pics here and there. Carrie, you have a wonderful family! Taylor: Portraits

A couple weeks ago, I had the pleasure of spending an afternoon, in and out of the rain, with Taylor. This little girl makes me smile every moment I spend with her. Her personality is awesome. This time I dragged The Boy out with me. He took some fun pictures of me in action, my lovely assistant, and some outstanding pictures of Taylor. His pictures are to come. For now, you will have to deal with me! =) Carrie (Taylor's mom), thank you for being so patient. You have a beautiful little girl; inside and out. Enjoy!

Taliyah: Portraits

This past weekend I had the honor of photographing two gorgeous little girls, Taylor and Taliyah, for their modeling portfolios. Taliyah's shoot took place in Old Sacramento. We traipsed all around Old Sac...in and out of the rain. Taliyah, Thank you for being such a trooper!

Leia & Rani: Senior Portraits

I had such a blast shooting these two girls! We met up at Rani's house for the combo shoot. The plan was to shoot a little there and then cruise around to a few other spots I like to shoot at. Her place was so perfect, we never had to leave! Thanks girls for such a good day!

Yes, I realize I have a been a bad blogger so far this year. I promise to blog a lot more for the rest of the year! It was actually one my my New Year resolutions......well who says my resolution can start in the middle of March! =)

I am booked through the end of April.....so I will have a ton of fun images to post.....stay tuned!

Bad blogger...and a family shoot!

Man, am I a bad blogger! Two and a half months! What can I say….life happens. =) Let’s see if I can’t catch you all up on the going’s on over here.

A few weeks ago The Boy and I went to Visalia for a little weekend getaway and to catch up with his family. While we were there I did a mini family session with his family. What started out as snapping a few pics of the little guy turned in to a full fleged family shoot. I had a blast! The little guy was too cute and what a personality! Here are some of my favs.....

Uno Mas.....

Three generations, three families, one location, and my light was fading fast! I love late afternoon light, as do many photographers. I was fortunate enough to shoot this extended family amongst the oak trees and fading light. It was perfect. Not to mention that the group was a very handsome group!
